The Living Mindfulness course typically lasts 8 weeks, including a weekly 1-hour online session.

Between sessions, you receive reflection exercises and practical daily assignments. The daily time investment for (meditation) exercises is only 20 minutes, making it easier to integrate mindfulness into daily life.

You will learn methods such as body scan, sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful yoga, and Metta meditation, with downloadable audio files for all formal exercises.

The thematic lectures and handouts provide the necessary background knowledge to support your "mindful way of life."
