Do you want to become more flexible while also increasing stability? Are you looking for a yoga practice that goes beyond physical exercise to enhance concentration, awareness, and relaxation? My yoga sessions are accessible even without prior experience.

In traditional Hatha Yoga, asanas are practiced with a focus on stillness and awareness. The goal is to develop stability in body and mind. A Hatha Yoga session always includes meditation and Pranayama (breathwork).

Yoga Nidra, or "conscious sleep," is a practice of deep relaxation. It improves physical and mental regeneration. Regular practice enhances deeper levels of awareness and understanding. Concentration, creativity, and sleep quality improve significantly.
